The Ilversgehofen district in the north of Erfurt gained a new shopping centre after extensive development work by MIB AG in 2012. Situated on Magdeburger Allee, one of the most important arterial routes in Erfurt, the Ilverspassage forms a central point for essential supplies and is an attractive site for offices and residential use.
Neighbouring plots were purchased as part of the development work and it was possible to open up the property in a new way and create outside parking spaces on Magdeburger Allee. As a result, we were able to create a new shopping arcade on the ground floor and this markedly increased the attractiveness for traders and customers. Several retailers providing essential goods have moved into the REWE food market. Customers can do their shopping at an area measuring 3,150 square metres or spend time in the café or the eating places.
Services providers and practices are located in the 1,110 square metres of office space. The modern apartments with overall space measuring 3,600 square metres form an important part of the building and are much in demand. The building’s underground garage with 140 parking spaces completes its character as a district centre.
